MusicCityRecording.com and CountryDemoStudio.com offers demo production services only. Clients are responsible for hiring and paying any third-party vocalists. Our prices do not include vocalist fees unless otherwise stated. Invoices are sent after review of client materials, and payment is due upon receipt. All invoices and payment processing are handled by our parent company, Music City Recording. Full payment is required before production work begins. Turnaround times refer only to our production process and do not include delays due to vocalist availability.
Invoices are sent after project details are reviewed. Payments are processed via PayPal or Stripe. To offset third-party processing fees, a 4% fee is added to the invoice total and labeled accordingly (e.g., Fees (PayPal 4%) or Fees (Stripe 4%)). This helps ensure we can continue offering professional services while covering the non-refundable fees imposed by payment processors.
